Is Prayloom private?

Yes. Your journal lives in encrypted storage on your iPhone. If you choose to back it up, it's encrypted on our servers too. Read the privacy policy.

How do I export or delete my data?

In the app, open Settings. Export my data saves everything to a file you control. Delete my account removes your backup from our servers.

How do I cancel Prayloom Plus?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In Prayloom, open Settings › Manage or cancel subscription, or go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone. For refunds, usereportaproblem.apple.com.

I moved to a new phone.

If you turned on backup, sign in with Apple on the new phone and your journal comes back. Without backup, your journal stays only on the old phone, so export it first.

I need to talk to someone now.
